If we observe corporate culture closely, it is just like any other business environment. Gradually we realize that we spend more time in the corporate environment than we spend at our place. So, acing the dynamic way to fit in amongst the diverse group of people, accepting different viewpoints as well as maintaining an individualism is a skill. A healthy corporate environment is that environment in which you comfortably become a team player as well as team leader. 
A strong culture fosters teamwork, productivity, creates excellent productivity and employee become inclusive to achieve the company goals. Therefore, employee productivity is not only enhanced but also a very strong brand identity beams to the world outside. That????????s extremely good for the company????????s goodwill.

According to a study if employees are struggling to fit in well within a corporate environment then 71% of them either resign or change their job, teams respectively.

And soon the retention rate falls, thus the turnover falls. Therefore companies who have achieved their business goals keeping in mind the beliefs and values of the employees have a black edge in the market place. There are a few basic norms which one might keep in mind to survive the corporate culture-

THE THUMB RULE- Strong Networking, at work its important to make others feel your presence else your hard work gets ignored to an extent.

Second, working on multiple skills and taking accountability of your work.

Always be willing to contribute be it in the meeting room, AMA sessions, or during discussions among colleagues. Being self-driven and zesty at times makes you look charismatic at your workplace. Lastly, maintain a balance between your personal and professional information at your workplace, plus your actions should speak end of the day, because that is what being evaluated.
